Programs: 24 Hour Residential
Our 17 residential programs throughout Eugene and Springfield are home to 46 individuals. We create loving and supportive home environments where individuals are encouraged to live in a way that is personally meaningful and rewarding. Our residents live, work, go to school, and socialize under the care and supervision of our staff at OSLP. Each resident has “person centered” care to meet their individual needs.
Supported Living Program
Our Supported Living Program supports 24 adults who live independently and need assistance to balance all aspects of their life. Depending on each person's needs, we may assist them with finding employment, maintaining and scheduling appointments, money management, financial planning, meal planning and shopping, self advocacy and accessing supports, crisis response, social activities, and building relationships. Our staff is flexible, working side by side with our clients in their home and the community, to help them be successful in these areas and more. Assisting our clients to take pride in their life, make their own choices and independently manage their lives is truly rewarding.
Alternative to Employment Program
topAlthough many of our client's employment is supported through agencies like Pearl Buck and Goodwill Industries, this program supports people who desire to be out in the community frequently, or for those who desire more recreation and learning experiences in a less formal setting. OSLP supports alternative daily employment programs like yard work business, daily swimming at the pool, music classes or art classes in the community. Our goal is to find an alternative to employment that is more suitable for the individual. We currently serve 23 individuals in our ATE program
