Meet Destiny
HR Generalist

Destiny has dedicated her entire life to supporting and celebrating people who experience Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. Her experience spans various roles, including classroom support, childcare, behavior therapy, management of Supported Living Programs, and agency Quality Assurance. With an unwavering commitment to her community, Destiny joined Oregon Supported Living Program in 2022, relocating from California in pursuit of mountainous landscapes and overcast skies.
In her current role, Destiny takes pride in creating an environment that works for everyone- staff and the people OSLP supports alike. Destiny believes that strong support is built on the foundation of teamwork, respect, and safety in the workplace, which informed her decision to step into her current HR role in the spring of 2025. Outside of work, Destiny enjoys spending time with her family, reading, meditating, exploring tidepools, and immersing herself in nature. |
