Gretchen DubieExecutive Director
Gretchen holds Bachelor degrees in Psychology and in Special Education, with a minor in Elementary Education. She has been in Human Services since 1994, starting as a direct support staff in the Independent Living Program at Alvord Taylor Inc. Gretchen spent 13 years in abuse and neglect prevention as a therapeutic interventionist, state mandated parent trainer and a replication specialist for the Relief Nursery in Eugene, Oregon. She also served as a national and international trainer for therapeutic supports for families and children, and opened 5 family support centers in Ukraine. She has been the Executive Director of OSLP since 2009.
