Jacque Stewart is committed to creating inclusive, person-centered services that empower adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live full, meaningful lives. As a Program Director at OSLP, Jacque oversees five residential programs and leads initiatives that strengthen staff development, individualized planning, and quality assurance.
Jacque began their journey with OSLP in 2016, drawn to its diversity and progressive approach. They have served as Program Manager for multiple homes, worked as a DSP, and returned to leadership in 2022 before stepping into the Program Director role later that year. With a background spanning CNA work, direct support, and senior management at a smaller agency in Bend, Jacque brings expertise in leadership, advocacy, and program development. Outside of work, Jacque enjoys music, nature, family time, and scenic drives. |
