Meet Marie
Finance Director

Marie has been part of Oregon Supported Living Program since 2013, beginning as Finance Assistant before being promoted to Finance Director in 2019. During her time as Finance Assistant, she actively learned the responsibilities of the Finance Director role and demonstrated a strong grasp of GAAP and nonprofit financial management. Her proven expertise and dedication led to her advancement into the leadership position she holds today.
With an Associate’s degree and certification as a Nonprofit Accounting Professional, Marie brings more than a decade of experience in nonprofit finance. She has strengthened internal controls, streamlined reporting processes, and built systems that ensure audit readiness and financial transparency. Marie is recognized for her clear communication style, making complex financial concepts accessible to staff and board members, and for her collaborative approach to problem-solving. Her personal connection to the mission informs her leadership: Marie’s daughter, who has Down syndrome, is supported by the organization. This lived experience motivates her to manage resources with care and integrity, ensuring the organization’s financial strength directly supports individuals and families. Outside of work, Marie enjoys spending time outdoors and with her family. She loves roller skating, traveling, and finds her “home away from home” in Westmore, Vermont. |
