Meet Rolland

Rolland has been a member of the OSLP team since 2023. Rolland has a passion for the Supported Living Program model and empowering others to live their most independent and autonomous lives in their own residences for over a decade. Rolland hopes to make services available to as many community members as possible, as he believes everyone deserves comprehensive support that meets their own unique needs. Rolland has a degree in Occupational Sciences and has practiced as a Nationally Certified Medical Assistant, which allows him to provide informed support to his community. In his free time, Rolland enjoys volunteering in his community and spending time doing fun activities with his 5 children and his wife. |
