Passionate about quality and innovation, Shannan directs OSLP’s Quality Assurance efforts to ensure exceptional support and compliance. Since joining the organization in 2022, she has led transformative initiatives that simplify processes, enhance clarity, and strengthen quality standards throughout the agency. With a B.S. in Business and Psychology and a focus on I/O Psychology, Shannan brings a unique blend of analytical expertise and a people-first approach to every project. In her free time, Shannan enjoys paddleboarding on Oregon’s serene lakes, camping under the stars, and spending time with her dogs and a captivating book.
