Shawn Mode is a Behavior Professional at Oregon Supported Living Program. Shawn specializes in providing positive behavior supports and crisis-level interventions. Shawn also serves as a mentor instructor for Oregon Intervention Systems (OIS) and holds the family seat on the OIS Steering Committee. Shawn is passionate about building collaborative, holistic supports that honor individuality and promote autonomy for those he serves. Outside of work, Shawn is a proud father, grandfather, and husband. In his free time, you can find Shawn and his family enjoying the ocean or vacationing in Vermont. |
