Stephanie Barber
Behavior Specialist
Stephanie Barber has over 25 years of experience in behavior support and education. Driven by a passion for lifelong learning and meaningful community engagement, she began her career in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia, earning an Undergraduate Degree in Early Childhood Education, English, and Psychology. She later completed her Master of Education in Special Education at the University of Oregon. As she pursued academic goals, she enjoyed working in local schools and children’s museums.
Throughout her career, Stephanie has supported individuals across the lifespan. In recent years, she has served as a behavior professional working closely with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and the people important to them. Her work has provided extensive opportunities to lead both small and large groups in a variety of formal and informal settings. She is a certified Oregon Intervention System instructor.
Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys exploring the Pacific Northwest and traveling across the United States with her family, finding adventure wherever they go.
