Transparency is important to any organization's success. Talk to the Board is a secure communication page that is monitored by a designated OSLP Board Member. If you have a question or concern that you are uncomfortable bringing to your direct supervisor, HR, or the Leadership team, you can bring it to the Board of Directors here. The Board may direct your questions to the appropriate party, but will do their best to maintain anonymity when applicable.
