Tiffany Ebaniz has been with OSLP since 2022, bringing over a decade of experience in IDD Services. Her career began as a Direct Support Professional (DSP), where she developed a deep understanding of the needs and challenges faced by people receiving support and the staff who support them. This foundation has shaped her leadership approach and commitment to quality care. Before stepping back into her current role as the Director of Residential Services, Tiffany served as Quality Assurance Director and a Residential Program Director, where she focused on maintaining high standards of support and compliance. Today, Tiffany’s primary responsibility is to oversee all Residential services to ensure compliance, person-centered care, and programmatic well-being. She is passionate about fostering a culture of support and advocacy, ensuring that every person supported by OSLP receives compassionate care, driven by their vision for their life. Outside of her professional life, Tiffany enjoys spending time with family, to include husband and three young children
