Seth Revoal: Board PresidentPartner & CEO, Revolution Design Group
After earning a B.S. in Multimedia and Design from the University of Oregon, Seth began his career working for E & J Gallo Winery in sales and distribution, eventually becoming the lead Trade Marketing Analyst for the Northwest. He specialized in market and sales analysis and category management for multiple grocery chains throughout the western United States. Seth is the Co-Owner and CEO of Revolution Design Group. He provides strategy and marketing guidance to our retail and wholesale food, beverage and CPG customers. He also directly oversees Digital Advertising, Content Development and Programmers. Seth provides target marketing expertise, content, best practices, training, tools, advertising and strategic vision for each of our clients. Alyse Stone: Vice President & SecretaryAlyse Stone recently retired after 35 years of providing employment supports and services to individuals with barriers to success. Most recently she was the Director of Specialized Support Services at Lane Community college where she expanded opportunities for the individuals served by the program and the college. Alyse has dedicated her career to the success of nonprofit organizations through a thorough understanding of finance, fund raising and service delivery. She holds a B.A. in Journalism from Temple University, a M.A. in Adult Education from the University of South Florida and an M.B.A. from the University of Phoenix. She was a Doctoral Candidate at Argosy University. Alyse has lived in Eugene for over 13 years and is now working with her husband as half the real estate team, Team BenStone with Eugene Realty Group and teaching online courses at American Intercontinental University. In their spare time, Alyse and her husband enjoy travel, wine and volunteer activities.

Diane McClusky, DPT: TreasurerEndurance Physical Therapy
Diane grew up in Southern Oregon before moving to Eugene. She earned her bachelor's degree in Biology and Exercise and Movement Science at the University of Oregon. She attended the University of Saint Augustine Health Sciences where she became a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) and was awarded the class of 2007 Excellence in Manual Therapy. Missing the familiarity of the Pacific Northwest, Diane and her husband Brandon returned to Eugene. She is a founding partner of Endurance Physical Therapy clinic. Aside from Physical Therapy, Diane is an avid rock climber, hiker, and runner. She volunteers with Willamette Backcountry Ski Patrol and if she has to be indoors, you will find Diane curled up on the couch knitting or reading a good book. |
Kim Gibson-ClarkCEO, Coconut Bliss
Kim Gibson Clark is the CEO of Coconut Bliss. She has been heading up this Eugene-based, organic and plant-based frozen dessert company since 2010. Prior to working with Coconut Bliss, Kim spent eight years as General Manager of Lochmead Dairy, where Coconut Bliss Pints and Cookie Sandwiches are manufactured. Throughout her career in the frozen dessert industry she has developed an unwavering standard for quality, and a commitment to organic and sustainable business practices. Kim also owned Cousin Jack’s Pasty Co. with her husband David Clark, which served the Eugene area for six years. Kim received a BA in Business Administration and a minor in Spanish from Oregon State University in 1997. She married the love of her life, David Clark, on the Oregon beach in 2008. They have a 9-year-old daughter named Zoe and a beautiful feline named Isis (named after the Bob Dylan song, of course). Kim enjoys lovingly prepared food and wine savored with friends and family, hiking in the woods and dancing like a wild woman. She is an active member of YPO Oregon, a board member of Oregon Tilth and Lane Food and Beverage Sector Strategies, and is excited and honored to be joining the esteemed board of OSLP. |
Stephen P. SmithFinancial Advisor, Edward Jones
Steve has been a Financial Advisor for Edward Jones since 1998. He moved from Massachusetts to Eugene in 1990 to get his MBA from the University of Oregon and never went back home. His mother is still mad about that and tells him often. One day in 2009, Steve met Paula Clark. Paula introduced Steve to OSLP and over the years she passionately described the crucial support that OSLP provided to her family and encouraged Steve to get involved. So he did. Steve's partner in life is Dawn States, a Eugene native and a very talented local artist. She has an equally talented daughter Emily who lives in Portland. In Steve and Dawn's spare time they enjoy traveling, art, welding, movies, roller derby, ice hockey, good food, funny things and people who own vacation cabins. |
Amy Baker
Owner, Threadbare Print House
Amy is a lifelong Oregonian and mother of two boys. After teaching herself to screen print in her garage, she fell in love with the art form and turned the hobby into a business. Seven years later, she owns and operates Threadbare Print House. She first began working with Oregon Supported Living Program through the Community Inclusion and Employment Program. She quickly learned what a crucial support system OSLP provides both the people they support and the community at large. She immediately became interested in becoming involved, especially after observing how passionate OSLP's employees and volunteers are about their work. When not struggling through the delightful challenges of running a small business, Amy enjoys hiking with her kids, loving on her old dog and thrift store shopping. |
Megan PatrignelliGraduate Student, University of Oregon
Megan grew up in Monroe, New York and moved to Eugene in 2010 to attend the University of Oregon as a student-athlete on the track and cross country teams. She graduated with a B.S. in Human Physiology in 2014, and briefly pursued running full time after that. During her time running, Megan began coaching athletes through Special Olympics, where she found a passion for working with individuals who experience disabilities. Currently, Megan is a Master’s student at the University of Oregon studying Nonprofit Management with a focus in health and disability studies. She was introduced to OSLP through her work with the Hilyard Community Center as an adaptive recreation instructor. She has a strong passion for making sure our community is inclusive and accessible to everyone. In her spare time, Megan enjoys running, CrossFit, and coaching others. |
