Megan Patrignelli: Board PresidentMobility International
Megan grew up in Monroe, New York and moved to Eugene in 2010 to attend the University of Oregon as a student-athlete on the track and cross country teams. She graduated with a B.S. in Human Physiology in 2014, and briefly pursued running full time after that. During her time running, Megan began coaching athletes through Special Olympics, where she found a passion for working with individuals who experience disabilities. She then went on to earn a Master’s degree in Nonprofit Management at the University of Oregon. Megan was introduced to OSLP through her work with the Hilyard Community Center as an adaptive recreation instructor. Currently, she works as a Program Coordinator for Mobility International USA. She has a strong passion for empowering others, and making sure our community is inclusive and accessible to everyone. In her spare time, Megan enjoys running, hiking, music, and coaching athletes with Special Olympics. |
Jennifer Monegan: Vice President & SecretaryDevelopment Director, Ophelia's Place
A Eugene native, Jennifer started her career in fundraising after working in patient financial services and hearing the despair from those who could not afford their medical bills. This heartbreak moved her to find a way to help and that led her to Volunteers in Medicine and the world of development in 2007. Throughout the years, Jennifer has continued her development efforts at organizations like FOOD for Lane County and Ophelia’s Place, where she is the Development Director. Jennifer has a deep passion for social justice, equity, and making the world a better place. Being a board member at OSLP is an important part of her life because she believes everyone deserves to live a life based on their own choices and empowerment, and that creating accessibility for all is not optional but a human right. She is a mother of many and enjoys spending her time off with her large family, pets, and friends. |
Diane McClusky, DPT: TreasurerEndurance Physical Therapy
Diane grew up in Southern Oregon before moving to Eugene. She earned her bachelor's degree in Biology and Exercise and Movement Science at the University of Oregon. She attended the University of Saint Augustine Health Sciences where she became a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) and was awarded the class of 2007 Excellence in Manual Therapy. Missing the familiarity of the Pacific Northwest, Diane and her husband Brandon returned to Eugene. She is a founding partner of Endurance Physical Therapy clinic. Aside from Physical Therapy, Diane is an avid rock climber, hiker, and runner. She volunteers with Willamette Backcountry Ski Patrol and if she has to be indoors, you will find Diane curled up on the couch knitting or reading a good book. |
Seth RevoalPartner & CEO, Revolution Design Group
After earning a B.S. in Multimedia and Design from the University of Oregon, Seth began his career working for E & J Gallo Winery in sales and distribution, eventually becoming the lead Trade Marketing Analyst for the Northwest. He specialized in market and sales analysis and category management for multiple grocery chains throughout the western United States. Seth is the Co-Owner and CEO of Revolution Design Group. He provides strategy and marketing guidance to our retail and wholesale food, beverage and CPG customers. He also directly oversees Digital Advertising, Content Development and Programmers. Seth provides target marketing expertise, content, best practices, training, tools, advertising and strategic vision for each of our clients. Kim Gibson-ClarkOrganic Food Industry Leader & Entrepreneur
Kim is an entrepreneur and leader with 23 years in the Natural and Organic Food Industry. Kim started her career in 2000 as General Manager of her family’s dairy and ice cream manufacturing plant, Lochmead Dairy. From 2010 – 2022 Kim was CEO of Coconut Bliss, and in 2020 led the company through a sale to HumanCo. Kim also co-founded Cousin Jack’s Pasty Company, manufacturing and selling their organic pasties at Natural Food Retailers throughout Oregon. Kim now directs her passion into her roles as a steward owner for OGC’s Trust Protector Committee, Chairperson of Oregon Tilth Certified Organic (OTCO), and as a proud Director for the Oregon Supported Living Program (OSLP) Board. In her free time Kim enjoys traveling, cooking, strength training and volunteering at OSLP. She is grateful to OSLP staff and board for the quality of care and organizational purpose that empowers adults with disabilities in our community. |
Amy BakerOwner, Threadbare Print House
Amy is a lifelong Oregonian and mother of two boys. After teaching herself to screen print in her garage, she fell in love with the art form and turned the hobby into a business. Thirteen years later, she owns and operates Threadbare Print House. She first began working with Oregon Supported Living Program through the Community Inclusion and Employment Program. She quickly learned what a crucial support system OSLP provides both the people they support and the community at large. She immediately became interested in becoming involved, especially after observing how passionate OSLP's employees and volunteers are about their work. When not struggling through the delightful challenges of running a small business, Amy enjoys hiking with her kids, and thrift store shopping. |
Josephine Stokes, DDS, FAGDPearly Whites of Eugene
Jossi Stokes grew up in Iowa City, IA and attended the University of Rochester and the University of Wyoming for a BS in Animal Science. She attended the University of Iowa College of Dentistry and completed a residency at Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia. She has been practicing in beautiful Eugene since 2002. Her community involvement includes being on multiple committees at local and state levels and is always looking for ways to increase dental education and health in her community. When she is not keeping smiles healthy, she runs around with her husband and two teenagers. |
