Megan Patrignelli: Board PresidentMobility International
Megan grew up in Monroe, New York and moved to Eugene in 2010 to attend the University of Oregon as a student-athlete on the track and cross country teams. She graduated with a B.S. in Human Physiology in 2014, and briefly pursued running full time after that. During her time running, Megan began coaching athletes through Special Olympics, where she found a passion for working with individuals who experience disabilities. She then went on to earn a Master’s degree in Nonprofit Management at the University of Oregon. Megan was introduced to OSLP through her work with the Hilyard Community Center as an adaptive recreation instructor. Currently, she works as a Program Coordinator for Mobility International USA. She has a strong passion for empowering others, and making sure our community is inclusive and accessible to everyone. In her spare time, Megan enjoys running, hiking, music, and coaching athletes with Special Olympics. |
Jennifer Monegan: Vice President & SecretaryDirector of Membership, Development and Communications, Nonprofit Association of Oregon
A native of Eugene, Jennifer began her career in fundraising after witnessing the struggles of individuals unable to afford their medical bills during her time in patient financial services. This experience inspired her to join Volunteers in Medicine in 2007, marking her entry into the world of development. Over the years, she has contributed her expertise to various organizations, including FOOD for Lane County, Ophelia’s Place, and Cascades Raptor Center, and is currently the Director of Membership, Development, and Communications at the Nonprofit Association of Oregon. Jennifer is deeply committed to social justice and equity, believing in the power of empowerment and accessibility as fundamental human rights. As a board member of OSLP, she advocates for everyone to have the opportunity to lead a life shaped by their own choices. Outside of her professional life, Jennifer is a devoted mother and enjoys quality time with her large family, pets, and friends. |
Ruth BelcherMember at Large
Ruth Belcher was born and raised in Eugene, OR where she began her first career as a licensed massage therapist and volunteer community event organizer. She then spent 12 years in California as an LMT while she earned a BS in Biochemistry and immersed herself in the art of independent filmmaking. This grew into a career of both managing environmental testing labs and working on TV shows in Los Angeles. After birthing her first child, Ruth moved back to Eugene so her children may grow up surrounded by wonderful community and Ruth can dedicate her career-life towards giving back via contributing to the public sector. (We’re so happy to be here!) She is currently the manager of UO’s Research Greenhouses as well as a graduate student at UO’s Nonprofit Management Master’s program. OSLP’s mission and philosophy drew Ruth to board service as she is inspired by their true dedication to inclusivity and empowerment of the people they serve. |
Jeff CarterCity of Eugene
Growing up in a military household, Jeff calls California, Ohio, and Oregon home. He and his wife Chris moved to Eugene in 2014 after spending the previous 20 years as a technology executive and business process consultant in a variety of industries and organizations. Jeff graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a B.S. in Computer Science in 1995 followed by a M.B.A. from the same university in 1998. Jeff is a middle child; with an older sister and younger brother that both have ongoing needs for living support, it is no surprise that he gravitated towards the mission and vision of OSLP and is truly excited to be a part of the team. |
Jennifer KyserBrokerage Manager, Duncan Real Estate Group
Jennifer grew up in Shingle Springs, California, moving to Eugene in 2005. As a single mom of five children and a former foster-parent, she has experienced the multifaceted needs and successes of many children. She now supports others through the adoption process with her mentorship and has significant involvement with local hospice services. Jennifer has a great appreciation of OSLP and the way in which they support inclusion in the community. She is appreciative and humbled to serve on the OSLP Board. Through her many years of home renovations, personal holdings and investment properties, Jennifer found a passion for real estate, which led to her successful career as a Real Estate Broker and business owner. When Jennifer has a spare moment, you will often find her cheering on her kids at their sporting events and decorating or renovating her home. |
Kristen MolinarioMember at Large
Kristen is a graduate student at the University of Oregon, pursuing her Masters in Nonprofit Management. A Colorado native, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Human Dimensions of Natural Resources from Colorado State University, where she discovered her passion for nonprofit work through community service and environmental initiatives. Kristen is currently the President of the Association of Fundraising Professionals - University of Oregon Collegiate Chapter, where she leads efforts to promote philanthropy and fundraising. She is excited to bring her skills and dedication to the Oregon Supported Living Program Board to help foster stronger, inclusive communities |
Josephine Stokes, DDS, FAGDPearly Whites of Eugene
Jossi Stokes grew up in Iowa City, IA and attended the University of Rochester and the University of Wyoming for a BS in Animal Science. She attended the University of Iowa College of Dentistry and completed a residency at Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia. Jossi became interested in OSLP when working on a collaboration project with Cognitopia, where she met some of the amazing people OSLP supports. When the opportunity came to join the board, she took it! Jossi has been practicing in beautiful Eugene since 2002. Her community involvement includes being on multiple committees at local and state levels and is always looking for ways to increase dental education and health in her community. When she is not keeping smiles healthy, she runs around with her husband and two teenagers. |
