Our Residential Program includes seventeen homes across the Eugene and Springfield area, each tailored to reflect the individuality, preferences, and support needs of the people we serve. We strive to provide comprehensive, high-quality care in environments that are warm, compassionate, and truly feel like home. Each home accommodates between one and four people, fostering a close-knit, respectful community where housemates feel valued and uplifted. Every person in our program has their own personal space, empowering them to express their authentic selves and pursue their interests and passions.

Life in Residential
Our Residential Program is designed to mirror a traditional single-family home environment. Homes are embedded in Eugene and Springfield neighborhoods, and are indistinguishable from their neighbors. The interior of each home is no exception- adorned with personal artwork, family photos, and decorations representative of their unique, individual style, each house reflects the heart of the people that live there. Our Residential Program provides an opportunity for people to receive around-the-clock support, exactly how they prefer it.
