The Supported Living Program is designed to empower adults living where they choose as they navigate the complexities of independent living. Direct Support Professionals meet people where they are to provide personalized, whole-person care that reflect the goals and desires of the people they support. The Supported Living Program is diverse, robust, and can be an option for anyone receiving disability services; everyone deserves to live and thrive in an environment that is best for them. The Supported Living Program makes that vision a reality, one person at a time.

Life in SLP
Our Supported Living Program makes sure no one has to go about life alone. SLP seamlessly blends independent living with comprehensive support, filling in gaps people may not be able to fill alone. SLP focuses on increased independence, development of life skills, and self-empowerment leading with the idea that life happens wherever you want it to. The support provided depends on the person's needs, desires, and skillset.
