Supported Living Program
The Supported Living Program is designed to empower adults living where they choose as they navigate the complexities of independent living. Direct Support Professionals meet people where they are to provide personalized, whole-person care that reflect the goals and desires of the people they support. The Supported Living Program is diverse, robust, and can be an option for anyone receiving disability services; everyone deserves to live and thrive in an environment that is best for them. The Supported Living Program makes that vision a reality, one person at a time.

24 Hour Residential
Our Residential Program includes seventeen homes across the Eugene and Springfield area, each tailored to reflect the individuality, preferences, and support needs of the people we serve. We strive to provide comprehensive, high-quality care in environments that are warm, compassionate, and truly feel like home. Between one and four people live in each home, fostering a close-knit, respectful community where housemates feel valued and uplifted. Every person in our program has their own personal space, empowering them to express their authentic selves and pursue their interests and passions.
