Tiffany Ebaniz

Quality Assurance Director

Tiffany has been working with people who experience Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities since 2012, starting in the field as a Direct Support Professional. Tiffany joined Oregon Supported Living Program in January 2022 as a Program Director and currently holds the position of the Quality Assurance Director. In her role, Tiffany works closely with Residential and Supported Living teams to ensure our agency stays in compliance with all Oregon Administrative Rules. Tiffany also oversees and supports all aspects of Training and Development to ensure employees have the resources, support, and the empowerment to be successful in giving the people we support quality care. When not at work, Tiffany enjoys her time with her family and growing her newfound hobby of arts and crafts.
